We were provided a list of steps by Webroot to manually uninstall Webroot but the steps are time consuming and they require logging on to the computer directly. Even if it is removed underĬontrol Panel / Programs and Features, Webroot is often still found as the primary antivirus under Settings / Virus & threat protection, as a running service, and the Webroot icon is often still visible on the Task Bar icons. ![]() Sometimes Webroot continues to exist on the Control Panel / Programs and Features list. It does remove the computer from the Webroot portal but it often will not completely uninstall Webroot. ![]() That it will uninstall Webroot from the computer and remove the computer from the Webroot portal.
